University of Kisubi is a privately owned university situated in Kisubi, Uganda.
It was established in 2004 by the Brothers of Christian Instruction, a community of religious individuals committed to education. UniK achieved full university status in 2015, ensuring it an important part of its development towards excelling in education. It positioned itself as one of the top institutions of higher education in the country. UniK offers a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in many different subjects. These programs aim to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary for various professions, through holistic education. The aim of holistic education is to ensure that students acquire academic knowledge, as well as important life-skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
