Uganda Martyrs University

Uganda Martyrs University is a private university in Uganda affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church.

The university was founded in 1993 by the Episcopal Conference of the Catholic Bishops of Uganda, embodying a vision of faith-based education rooted in ethical values. Starting with just 84 students and two academic departments, it set a foundation for quality education and moral development. This humble beginning reflected a commitment to nurturing a generation of ethical leaders.
