Dongyang University

Dongyang University is a private university located in Yeongju, South Korea.

A private institution of higher learning was established in 1994 in a city nestled in the heart of South Korea.  Its initial focus was on providing practical education geared towards the rapidly developing industries of the time.  The founders envisioned a place where students could gain not just theoretical knowledge, but also the hands-on skills necessary to thrive in the modern workforce. The early years were a period of growth and development.  The institution began by offering a limited number of programs, primarily focused on engineering and technology.  As it gained recognition and attracted more students, it expanded its offerings to include humanities, social sciences, business, and even arts and design.  A commitment to providing a well-rounded education became a core principle.
