University of Perpetual Help System Laguna is a private university system in the Philippines.

The university was founded in 1976 by Dr. Jose G. Tamayo in Biñan, Laguna. Initially named the Perpetual Help College of Laguna, the institution aimed to provide accessible education to local students and foster community development. In 1982, the college was granted university status by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), a pivotal moment that marked its transition into a recognized institution of higher learning.

In the early years, the university focused on offering undergraduate programs in the arts and sciences, business, and education, laying a solid foundation for its academic reputation. As the university grew, it expanded its academic offerings to include programs in engineering, law, and medicine, adapting to the evolving needs of society and the job market. In 1991, the university established the Perpetual Help College of Las Piñas, which later became the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, further expanding its reach and influence. In 2001, the university established the Perpetual Help College of Biñan, which later became the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna, enhancing its capacity to serve students across different locations.
