Partido State University

Partido State University is a research regional state higher education institution in Partido Area at the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines.

In the heart of the Partido Area in Camarines Sur, Philippines, a new educational institution was born in 1941. Founded as a high school, its mission was to provide quality education to the local community, fostering learning and personal development among students. The onset of World War II presented numerous challenges, including resource shortages and disruptions to daily life. Nevertheless, the school emerged as a beacon of hope during this turbulent time, offering stability and a sense of normalcy to families in the area. As the years went by, the school established a reputation for academic excellence and community involvement. By 1974, it had transformed significantly, achieving national high school status. This elevation marked a crucial turning point, as it allowed the institution to expand its curriculum and enhance its facilities. In the late 1980s, significant changes were on the horizon. In 1986, the institution was elevated to a state college, which granted it greater autonomy and access to additional resources. This transformation enabled the college to diversify its academic offerings, introducing undergraduate programs.
