Ibn Tofail University (Université Ibn Tofail) is a public university located in Kenitra, Morocco. It was founded in 1989 and is named after the 12th-century Andalusian philosopher and physician Ibn Tufayl.
The university's origins can be traced back to the establishment of the Centre Universitaire Régional (Regional University Center) in Kenitra in 1978. The center offered a limited number of undergraduate programs in science and law. In 1989, the center was upgraded to a full-fledged university and renamed Université Ibn Tofail.
