Chouaib Doukkali University is a public university in El Jadida, Morocco.
Chouaib Doukkali University was founded in 1985 by a royal decree (Dahir) and is named after the Moroccan scholar, theologian, and politician Abou Chouaib Doukkali (1878–1937).
In 1993, the university moved to its current campus, which is located on the outskirts of El Jadida. The campus has since been expanded to accommodate the university's growing student body and faculty.
In 2004, the Faculty of Multi-Disciplinary Studies was renamed the Faculty of Juridical, Economic and Social Sciences. In 2006, the National School of Business and Management was established. In 2008, the National School of Applied Sciences was established.
Today, Chouaib Doukkali University is a leading university in Morocco with a strong international reputation. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs.
