National University of Laos

The National University of Laos (NUOL) is a national public university in Vientiane, the capital of Laos.

The history of the National University of Laos (NUOL) can be traced back to the early 1970s, when the Lao People's Democratic Republic was first established. At the time, there were only a few higher education institutions in Laos, and most of them were focused on vocational training.
