Ethiopian Civil Service University is a public university in Ethiopia located in the capital city of Addis Ababa.

Ethiopian Civil Service University (ECSU) was established in 1995 as the Ethiopian Civil Service College and was later elevated to university status in 2011. Its primary mission is to enhance the capacity of the Ethiopian public sector through specialized education, training, research, and consultancy services.
