The University of Puthisastra (UP) is a private university in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, that focuses on health sciences and technology.

The University of Puthisastra (UP) was founded in 2007 by His Excellency Sok Puthyvuth, a Cambodian businessman and philanthropist. Puthyvuth's vision for UP was to create a university that would train the next generation of Cambodian healthcare professionals and technology entrepreneurs.

UP was officially recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia in 2007. UP has grown rapidly since its founding. In 2007, UP had just over 100 students.

UP is committed to providing its students with a high-quality education. UP's faculty members are experienced and highly qualified professionals. UP also has a strong focus on research and innovation. UP has established a number of research centers and institutes, and UP faculty members are actively involved in research projects.

UP is also committed to social responsibility. UP has a number of programs in place to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds and to provide healthcare and education services to the Cambodian community. For example, UP offers scholarships to students from low-income families and operates a free health clinic for the public.
