Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) is a private university located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) was founded in 1997 by Dr. Kol Pheng, the former Minister of Education, Youth and Sports. PUC was originally established as a language center, offering comprehensive language training in English and other languages. In 2000, PUC opened its doors to its first undergraduate students.

PUC quickly grew in popularity, and by 2002, it had enrolled over 1,000 students. PUC's popularity was due to its commitment to providing a high-quality education in a supportive and inclusive environment. PUC also offered a number of advantages over other universities in Cambodia, such as its English-based curriculum, its international partnerships, and its modern facilities.

In 2009, PUC opened a second campus in Siem Reap. PUC is also a member of the Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research, which is a network of universities and research institutions that are working to address global change issues.
