BA ISAGO University is a private university located in Gaborone, Botswana.

The university began its journey as a University College in 2002, with a vision to provide quality education that meets the needs of Botswana’s growing demand for higher learning. It was officially registered by the Botswana Training Authority (now the Botswana Qualifications Authority) in June 2004, marking a significant step in its formal establishment and recognition. In 2006, it received institutional accreditation from the Tertiary Education Council (now the Human Resource Development Council), further solidifying its position in the higher education landscape and ensuring that its programs met national standards of academic excellence.

The university's establishment came at a time when private tertiary education options were less common in Botswana.
