University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) is a private liberal arts-based university in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Founded in 2002 by philanthropist Kazi Shahid Ahmed, ULAB emerged from a public colloquium that gathered leading academics, cultural figures, and entrepreneurs to envision a university dedicated to holistic education and ethical leadership.

ULAB received official approval from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2003 and formally inaugurated its operations in 2004.
