Khwaja Yunus Ali University is a private university in Bangladesh. It is situated in Enayetpur, Sirajganj, Rajshahi.

Khwaja Yunus Ali University's story began with a vision, woven from faith and philanthropy. It all started with Dr. M.M. Amjad Hussain, a prominent Bangladeshi industrialist, deeply rooted in his native village of Enayetpur. Inspired by the prophecy of Sufi saint Khwaja Yunus Ali Enayetpuri, who envisioned a center of learning in the region, Dr. Hussain embarked on a mission to fulfill that prophecy. Thus, in 2012, amidst the verdant fields of Enayetpur, Khwaja Yunus Ali University rose, named after the revered saint and imbued with a commitment to knowledge and service.
