Driven by the success of the hospital, Jahurul Islam envisioned a medical college that would nurture compassionate healers and equip them with the knowledge and skills to serve their communities. Thus, in 1992, Jahurul Islam Medical College (JIMC) emerged as a vibrant learning hub, welcoming its first batch of MBBS students.
